Ripley Aiwakai Karate club has existed for over forty years, making it one of the oldest and most established martial arts clubs in the region. 

We train in traditional Wado Ryu karate. We are members of the Wado Aiwakai Karatedo Federation, under the leadership and guidance of K. Sakagami Sensei (8th Dan). Aiwakai is affiliated to the Japan Karatedo Federation (JKF). We are also members of the English Karate Federation (EKF).
